With over 20 years in the game as a player, umpire, umpire trainer, umpire assignor and Tournament Director. Shannon brings a complete understanding of the sport from every angle. Over the past several years, he has dedicated himself to learning what truly matters to teams, coaches, and families, refining every detail to deliver a more consistent, competitive, and professional tournament experience.
As a father of travel softball athletes, Shannon understands firsthand the time, money, and sacrifice families invest into this game. That perspective drives his mission: to create events that are organized, fair, and worth it - where every team feels the value the moment, they arrive at the park.
