College Coach Attendance Notice – West Coast Fastpitch
​At West Coast Fastpitch, we are committed to providing a high-quality showcase environment where athletes can perform in front of college coaches. To ensure full transparency, we want to clarify how coach attendance works for our showcase events.
While we share information about coaches who plan to attend, their appearance cannot be guaranteed. College coaches often face last-minute changes such as recruiting schedule shifts, travel limitations, program needs, or other professional obligations. For this reason:

• Coaches listed as expected attendees may experience changes that prevent them from attending.
• Coaches not initially listed may still choose to attend based on updated needs or availability.

Several factors, including recruiting classes, geographic reach, program priorities, and positional needs, influence the selection of coaches who attend any showcase. Because of this, coach attendance is always dynamic and subject to change.
We strongly encourage all teams and athletes to communicate directly with college coaches ahead of the event. Proactively sharing your schedules helps ensure coaches know when and where your team is playing, increasing the likelihood of meaningful interactions and recruiting opportunities.
Our mission remains the same: to provide a competitive and well-organized platform where athletes can showcase their skills to a diverse range of collegiate programs, regardless of who appears on any preliminary list.

Showcase Team Placement Notice – WCPAt West Coast Fastpitch, we are committed to delivering a fair, competitive, and well-organized showcase experience. To support that mission, we want to clarify how team placements and park assignments are determined for our events.
Team placement is guided by a variety of factors designed to create balanced schedules and high-quality matchups. Our goal is to ensure that every team has the opportunity to compete effectively and showcase their athletes in the best possible environment.
Please note that we do not accept team preferences, requests for specific parks, or evaluation-based placement suggestions unless our staff explicitly requests such information. This policy is crucial for maintaining the integrity, fairness, and consistency of our placement process across all divisions and age groups.
