I’m Shannon Dubois—an entrepreneur and business owner with more than 20 years of experience in transportation, hazardous materials, safety, logistics, and operations.
I also bring more than 15 years of fastpitch officiating experience, with thousands of games worked at every level—including national championships, showcases, qualifiers, and other major competitive events.
Throughout my officiating career, I have served as an umpire, umpire trainer, and umpire assignor. I understand the game from the field, behind the scenes, and from an operational standpoint.
Sports have also been a major part of my family’s life.
My son was an accomplished wrestler who competed at the college level, and my two daughters played travel fastpitch softball.
As a parent, I experienced firsthand the commitment, travel, expenses, and sacrifices that families make to support their athletes.
Today, I’m using all of that experience to build West Coast Premier Fastpitch—an independent tournament organization focused on greater value, stronger competition, quality officiating, and a better overall experience for teams and families.
Since entering tournament operations in 2023, I have expanded throughout California and into the Pacific Northwest.
My vision goes beyond hosting tournaments.
I’m building a complete fastpitch platform that includes regional events, national qualifiers, championship experiences, and player-development opportunities.
West Coast Premier is built around fairness, transparency, professionalism, and the belief that recognition should be earned on the field.
I’ve experienced competitive sports as a parent, umpire, trainer, assignor, tournament director, and business owner. That perspective is helping me build an organization that coaches, players, parents, officials, cities, and facilities can trust.
