Welcome to West Coast Premier (“WCP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, registration systems, events, tournaments, showcases, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). - You are at least 18 years old, or you are the parent/guardian of a participating athlete.
- You have the authority to register a team or athlete and to agree to these Terms on their behalf.
- All information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Event Registration & Payments2.1 Registration
- Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received.
- Event spots may fill on a first-come, first-served basis.
- West Coast Premier reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration.
- All fees must be paid through approved payment channels.
- Unpaid registrations may be removed from an event without notice.
- Any chargebacks or disputed payments may result in removal from current or future events.
3. Refunds, Credits & Weather Policy
3.1 Standard Refund Policy
- All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- If WCP cancels an event before it begins, teams may receive a credit toward a future event.
Events may be affected by weather, city field availability, safety considerations, or other circumstances outside our control.
- No refunds will be issued for weather-related delays or modifications.
- WCP may offer prorated credits if a substantial portion of an event cannot be completed.
4. Team Placement & Scheduling
- Game schedules, field assignments, and brackets are determined solely by West Coast Premier.
- We do not accept team requests for specific parks, fields, time slots, or matchups unless clearly stated for a particular event.
- Schedules may change at any time, including on event days, due to weather, field conditions, or operational necessities.
5. Coach Attendance & Recruiting
- College coach attendance listed for showcase events is not guaranteed.
- Coaches may cancel, modify travel, or change availability for reasons outside our control.
- WCP is not liable for any changes in expected coach participation.
6. Code of Conduct
By participating in West Coast Premier events, you agree to uphold high standards of sportsmanship and professionalism.
6.1 Expected Behavior
All athletes, coaches, parents, officials, and spectators must:
- Treat others with respect.
- Follow event rules and staff instructions.
- Display good sportsmanship.

- Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior.
- Fighting or intimidation.
- Vandalism or property damage.
- Violation of city, park, or facility rules.
7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in athletic events carries inherent risks, including injury. By registering for or attending an event, you agree that:
- You assume all risks associated with participation.
- WCP, its staff, volunteers, and partners are not liable for injuries, property loss, or damages incurred during or traveling to/from any event.
- You release and hold harmless WCP from all claims arising from participation.

By attending a West Coast Premier event, you grant WCP permission to use photographs, videos, or recordings of teams, athletes, and spectators for promotional or educational purposes.
